Webinar – Overcoming Dreaded Conversations

Hosted by the Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada (VMPC) www.vmpc.ca

Is it safe to say we all hate difficult conversations? Have you ever dreaded a conversation with a volunteer or co-worker? For example, the talk with a volunteer about their body odor or a volunteer who is no longer capable of carrying out their role?

Join Charlene Dishaw for a dialogue about difficult conversations and learn how to apply the “Experience Cube” as a tool to create less anxiety for these conversations. Come ready to share your own resources as well!

Please note: this webinar will include some pre-webinar work in order to make our time together more efficient, effective and interactive.

Presented by: Charlene Dishaw, Charlene Dishaw Consulting & Training

Charlene has been managing volunteer programs for over 25 years. Starting with parks and recreation, she has managed volunteer programs for AIDS Vancouver, Autism Society of BC and the last 16 years in hospitals around the Lower Mainland.
