DESCRIPTION:Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to a persan who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health CrlSIS. \nPeople who have MHFA training are more able to understand mental health challenges or illnesses\, to assess risk of suicide or harm\, and to know how to help someone get appropriate help or treatment. Join local trainer\, Margaret Tusz-King\, and improve your capacity with mental health skills. \nWe con ail help our community get back on our feet following the strains of the pandemic. \nTo register\, email us@coworksackville.com by February 16th. Cost is $120\, and includes manual and certificate. \nThis training is offered in partnership with the Sackville Commons and the Memramcook-Tantramar Community Task Force. All are welcome! \n
