I am the Years Family Navigator for the region of Anglophone East School District. The role of the Early Years Family Navigator is to communicate with families with young children and provide information on relevant programs and services delivered by community partners. Through strong relationships with community partners, the Early Years Family Navigator supports the needs of families, so they are empowered to use resources that foster their child(ren)\u2019s healthy growth and development. Families can self-refer by calling, emailing, texting or completing the form linked to the QR code on my poster. I provide recommendations to the family, and offer a follow up about a week later to ensure the family found the program or service that meets their needs.<\/p>\n\n
