Chers et ch\u00e8res partenaires de la communaut\u00e9<\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019esprit des champions communautaires, le comit\u00e9 de la bourse comm\u00e9morative Ronald P. Smyth et Centraide sollicitent des candidatures d\u2019organisations communautaires pour le 17i\u00e8me prix annuel de la bourse comm\u00e9morative de mentorat communautaire<\/b> Kim Halliday <\/b>(une division de la bourse comm\u00e9morative Ron Smyth). Le candidat qui r\u00e9pond le mieux aux crit\u00e8res recevra une bourse d\u2019\u00e9tudes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 concurrence de 5\u00a0000\u00a0$ pour une ann\u00e9e (2\u00a0500\u00a0$ par trimestre)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons 17 ans de partenariat, 17 ans d’organisations et de groupes<\/b> extraordinaires<\/b>\u00a0qui s’engagent \u00e0 soutenir des individus inspirants<\/b>\u00a0dans la poursuite de leurs objectifs \u00e9ducatifs! Apr\u00e8s 17 ans, ils commencent \u00e0 faire leur marque dans notre communaut\u00e9 et dans le monde.<\/p>\n

Sur le chemin de l\u2019apprentissage de la vie, nous savons que le stress financier n’est pas le seul d\u00e9fi \u00e0 la poursuite d\u2019une \u00e9ducation postsecondaire r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n

Pour une jeune personne,<\/b>\u00a0il existe des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au fait qu\u2019il passe \u00e0 un nouveau chapitre de sa vie. Pour un apprenant adulte<\/b>, le retour aux \u00e9tudes \u2013 souvent apr\u00e8s un long arr\u00eat \u2013 repr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis uniques.<\/p>\n

Comment pouvez-vous mieux appuyer un apprenant, jeune <\/b>ou adulte,<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 r\u00e9aliser son potentiel en d\u00e9pit des d\u00e9fis qu\u2019il doit surmonter? Les nominer !<\/p>\n

Veuillez trouver ci-inclus un document qui explique les crit\u00e8res pour s\u00e9lectionner votre candidat, la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre pour soumettre l\u2019information pertinente, le r\u00f4le que vous jouerez comme mentor, et quelques instants marquants des vies de Kim Halliday et de Ron Smyth. Veuillez aussi noter <\/b>l\u2019addition d\u2019une description des frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation <\/b>\u00e0 soumettre avec la demande cette ann\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9cipiendaire retenu est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement honor\u00e9 lors du d\u00eener des Prix Ron Smyth en mai au CCNB.<\/p>\n
