Downtown City Housing Inc. is a registered 55+ nonprofit housing agency located at 85 Foundry Street in Moncton that offers six styles of large one and two-bedroom apartments in a quiet, seniors oriented and friendly building with rents as low as $676/month, including cable TV. walking distance to shopping, banking, churches, the Avenir Centre, restaurants, walking trails, Capital Theater, health and wellness room and a library area.

HABILITÉS
Preferably looking for individuals with legal, construction/development, fundraising, and/or real estate experience. However, we would be open to dedicated individuals with other skillsets.
