The Canadian Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to help with the CIBC Run for the Cure taking place in Moncton on October 4, 2026.

The CIBC Run for the Cure is a 5 km or 1 km walk or run and is the largest single-day, volunteer-led event in Canada supporting the breast cancer cause.

Volunteer Positions

A variety of volunteer opportunities are available on event day, including:

• Event setup
• Registration
• Route marshals
• Green Team
• Other event support positions

Volunteers can select the position and shift that best match their interests and availability.

Skills

Volunteers of all skills and abilities are welcome. No previous experience is required.

Schedule and Commitment

Date: October 4, 2026

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

Commitment: Approximately 2 to 5 hours, depending on the selected volunteer shift.

Additional Information

• This opportunity is suitable for youth between 13 and 17 years old.
• English and French are both considered assets.
