CONNECT WITH NEW FRIENDS AT OUR VIRTUAL DROP-IN CENTRE

URR Virtual Drop In Centre Meeting – Wednesday, February 22^nd @ 1:00 pm.

Urban Rural Rides is pleased to announce that our ‘Virtual Drop In Centre’ is now available to participants in Westmorland and Albert Counties.  We started our pilot project in partnership with the residents at Caledonia Place in Hillsborough and have been having great conversations.  We host our meetings once a month and our next zoom meeting is on Wednesday, February 22^nd  at 1:00 pm – {see virtual link below}.  Our topic this month will be ‘Health and Well-being’ and we are pleased to have Sarah Lord, Ph. D. Health  and Wellness Coordinator & Deidre Beckwith, BN, RN MN with Jean Coutu Pharmacy in Riverview.  They will be          sharing information about their services and can answer and questions about diabetes, the importance of movement and Covid vaccines.  Hope you can drop by as this is a perfect time to connect with new friends especially in the rural community.
