Sentiers MDR Trails is looking for 30 to 40 volunteers to help with the upcoming Trails-Giving 5K in Dieppe on October 11 and 12, 2026.

This 5 km walk/run is open to everyone and follows the trails from the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre to Rotary St-Anselme Park.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, including:

• Signage and cones
• Street crossing security
• Start line support
• Finish line support
• Photography and/or audiovisual content
• Logistics
• Leadership, including race co-director support

Volunteer Requirements

No specific experience is required. Sentiers MDR Trails will provide volunteers with task instructions, safety information and orientation.

Volunteer roles will be matched to each person’s skills, interests and preferences whenever possible.

• Ideal for: Anyone
• Youth volunteers: Ages 13 to 17 are welcome for certain tasks
• Language: English and French are both assets
• Training: Provided
• Accessibility: Fully accessible workplace

Volunteer Commitment

• Sunday, October 11: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Monday, October 12: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
