Habitat for Humanity Moncton
We are looking for volunteers to help out with various tasks at the Restore. We need help testing electronics, cleaning donations, stocking shelves, greeting and answering questions.
The everyday tasks include, but are not limited to:
Unloading/loading the truck
Unpacking/packing boxes
Sweeping and maintaining general cleanliness of the warehouse
Organizing larger merchandise items
Receiving donations
Loading large purchases into customer vehicle
Volunteers can help throughout most phases of the construction of a Habitat home. Construction volunteers with a great attitude and willingness to learn are supervised by Habitat construction staff. Shifts are available to individual volunteers or groups looking for a unique way to give back to their community. No experience necessary to volunteer. The Habitat construction staff is always supervising and there to help volunteers improve their skills and learn new ones.
